April 20, 2010 - Scouting

Billy Caddell (left) introduced his associates in Scouting - a century old this year, Bobby Standard (right), the Scoutmaster of Troop 34, and Anand Suthar, District Executive of the eight-county Upper River District of the Georgia-Carolina Council, to the Kiwanis Club of Washington at its meeting Tuesday, April 20th. Program host for the day was William Johnson. Caddell told the group of his experiences with his Cub Scout Pack 280, Standard told of his time with Boy Scout Troop 34, and Suthar told of Scouting in his district, specifically at Robert Knox Scout Reservation in Lincoln County.
