Kiwanian Chris McCormick of Washington told the other members of his club on Tuesday, April 13, of his study of the recently enacted Universal Health Law revealing to him the unconstiutionality of the act. He pointed out that the original Constitution was four pages long, and explained his problems with the new act compared to the Constitution.
