Although it may look like Kiwanians Bill Steed, William Johnson, Ross Maynard, and Bill Boyd were goofing off while Pam Eaton was doing all the hard work, it was really the whole Washington Kiwanis Club that turned out to plant flowers on The Square, livening up a spot right in front of the new Welcome to Washington/ Chamber of Commerce building.
